Best Of: What Do You Eat?!

Over the past several months we’ve been shooting videos with some of the biggest names in the wellness world and asking them, “What Do You Eat?!”, and we have gotten some amazing and innovative ideas!

In case you missed them, take a look at some of the favorites so far.  We asked Spirit Junkie, Gabby Bernstein, Fitness Expert, Amanda Russell and Celebrity Yoga & Pilates Instructor, Kristin McGee.

We’ll say one thing: These ladies know how to chow down!

The best thing about these videos is that they each share one of their favorite fast snacks.  And trust us, they are gooood.

Check them out!  Are you surprised by what they eat?  Who else would you like to see featured here?  But most importantly, WHAT DO YOU EAT?  Tell us everything over on the blog!
