Recipe: Gabby’s Avocado Toast

Want to know how a Spirit Junkie, Gabby Bernstein begins her day?  She starts with a meditation then goes right in for some avocado toast.  Those good healthy fats from the avocado get her all juiced up with energy and make her skin look radiant. Sprinkle a little salt for some minerals and red pepper flakes for a metabolism booster and you have one awesome way to start the day.

Gabby’s Avocado Toast

Servings: 1

Time: 5 minutes

  • 1 piece of Ezekiel bread, toasted
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Lightly toast 1 piece of Ezekiel Sprouted Grain bread.

Cut an avocado in half and schmear half of it on your bread.  Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.

Stop for a moment of thanks, take a deep breath, then dig in and ENJOY!
