Get your Sprout on!

We recently had the pleasure of trying out these amazing sprouts from GreenGrassLife.

GreenGrassLife is a family-owned, local, organic urban farm in New York City. An amazing couple – Meliza and Jovany Veloz- founded GreenGrassLife after personally witnessing the miraculous benefits of wheatgrass and sprouts.
They were of course eager to spread the good word and quickly became one of the most dependable growers in the Tri-State area.

Sunflower and buckwheat sprouts, pea shoots, and sweet-tasting wheatgrass are planted, grown and harvested in a peaceful environment. They only use the highest quality organic soil and seeds from the most reputable suppliers.  The coolest part?  They practice meditation while planting to infuse their products with positive energy!

The company offers:
  • Wheatgrass
  • Sunflower sprouts
  • Pea shoots
  • Buckwheat sprouts
  • Young Thai coconuts
  • Personalized nutrition support and education

We love living foods like wheatgrass and sprouts because they provide tons of nutritional benefits.  They are filled with chlorophyll and enzymes, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and plant based proteins. They supply oxygen and alkalinity.

Sprouts are a wonderful addition to salads, sandwiches, smoothies and they can also be juiced in combination with a variety of fruits and vegetables.

GreenGrassLife sells their products to local health food stores, juice bars and individuals. AND they even deliver six days a week in the Tri-State area and ship nationwide.  So there’s no reason you can’t get more greens in your life!
