Serving: 1 Time: 3 minutes
1 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup fruit
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Layer everything in a cup or bowl then mix well. You can let it sit and allow the chia seeds to expand and soften or eat it right away and get that ch-ch-ch-chia crunch.
