What Do You Eat, Kristin McGee?

We always want to know what our favorite fitness and health gurus actually eat on a daily basis.  So we started a new series called “WHAT DO YOU EAT?!?”  For our first show we ask our friend, and celebrity yoga and pilates instructor, Kristin McGee, what she actually eats to fuel her busy life and nourish her body.
